Holy Family Catholic School

On behalf of the Holy Family Catholic School Community Council, I would like to thank parents/guardians and staff for their generous support of the Council's activities.

This year we hosted the school's first ever Spring Fling; it was a tremendous success raising over $11 000.  Watch for Pavement Art projects to be completed over the summer and new technology arriving in the school shortly.

Thank you for sending in items for the silent auction baskets and thank you to the volunteers who creatively wrapped the baskets.  Thank you to everyone who participated in the Spring Fling success by selling raffle tickets, supporting the silent auction, volunteering or attending the event.

Thank you letters are available in the office for pick up if you would like to formally thank local businesses that you reached out to on behalf of Holy Family Catholic School.

On Monday, May 30th, with the help of a Ministry Parent Reaching Out Grant, we brought Paul Davis to speak to students and parents about Social Networking and Online Safety.  The response from both the student and parent/guardian presentations was excellent.  We hope to be able to continue to engage the school community (Parents/Guardians & Students) this way in the future.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Staff Appreciation Luncheon.  The luncheon was a great example of our amazing school community.  There was a great variety of food and all staff was extremely appreciative.

Once again, thank you for continuing to make Holy Family Catholic School a great place to be.
