INCLEMENT WEATHER DAYS - PICK UP AND DROP OFF

For the safety of all students, staff and families, please adhere to the same daily entry/exit procedures on inclement weather days.
- Please drop off your child in the main yard (or the kindergarten yard if they are in kindergarten) in the morning. Prior to the bell, we ask that you refrain from entering the front doors or walking into the hallways, as guests must sign in at the office for safety reasons at all times.
- Please ensure your child is here on time. If your child arrives late (after the bell, and the yard is empty) and they are unable to come in on their own, please wait with them at the main office to sign them in. They will then be escorted to their classrooms. Older students can wait and sign in independently.
- Please pick up your child at their designated pick up area after school. We ask that you refrain from coming through the front doors and asking to have your child paged to the front office. This makes it very difficult for teachers to prepare their classes to be safely dismissed when children are being called out early without advance notice. If your child needs to be picked up early for any reason, a note should be sent to the school that morning indicating the time.
